Our guarantee. We stand behind what we sell: every BracePops item ships exactly as ordered, in the color and finish shown in our product photos. We carefully review every order before shipping.

Wrong model. Our bracelets are made to fit specific Royal Pop models, based on the crown position of your watch. Please confirm your model before ordering. If we ship you the wrong model by our error, we fix it at no cost. If the wrong model was selected at checkout, it's handled under the standard withdrawal terms above.

Returns & Refunds. You may be elegible for a return if the order has any error when arrived. Just send us a message through chat support.
