Order handling. We prepare your order within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. You'll get a confirmation email, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery times. Estimated transit time is 7-14 business days since shipping, depending on destination. These are estimates and don't account for delays outside our control (customs, carrier issues, peak season). Items may ship from more than one warehouse, so orders with multiple products can arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before payment, based on destination and order contents. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions or minimum-order thresholds.

Customs, duties and import taxes. Displayed prices do not include any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in the destination country. If your order incurs these charges, they are the recipient's responsibility and are collected on delivery. By placing an order, you act as the importer and agree to comply with your country's regulations. We can't predict these amounts — check with your local customs office.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. 

Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
